What Happens in a Session

Now that you know how bioenergetic testing works, let's walk you through what happens in a session.

1. We Measure

We start by having you you hold on to a sensor or rest your hand in a hand cradle, allowing the system to measure your body's energetic responses through your skin. It takes about 30 minutes for the scan to collect all the data it needs.

2. We Find Imbalances

The collected data is compared to a database of healthy energy patterns. Differences or irregularities can suggest areas where your body might be under stress or imbalance. It can also show us if any pathogens or toxins are present.

3. We Create a Wellness Plan

The system scans for "balancing" frequencies that tell us what your body needs. These could be things like nutrients, herbs, therapies, essential oils, homeopathic remedies, or healing frequencies. You will receive a wellness plan tailored to your body, with recommendations on everything from supplements to diet. If you use the QEST4 system you will also receive a tincture of balancing frequencies to take at home.

Zyto vs Qest4

Here at Perennial Health we use two forms of bioenergetic testing, one at each of our locations. The basic premise is the same, it just looks a little different in a few key areas.

1. The Sensors.

Our Qest4 system in Sandstone uses copper rods to measure the energetic response in your skin. You simply hold the sensors during the scan. The Zyto system in Superior uses a hand cradle to measure instead.

2. Remote Testing

A Qest4 can be done from anywhere using hair and saliva samples. (You can even run tests on your pets!) Zyto can also be done from anywhere as long as you have access to a hand cradle and app (available for purchase).

3. The Balancing Items

Qest4 tends to focus more on energetic balancing items, providing you with a tincture of balancing frequencies and homeopathic remedies you take sublingually twice daily.
