  1.  Book your homeopathic hotline appointment here by creating a Practice Better Account, signing liability and release forms, and submitting your payment.  (Note: You can choose any time for the appointment as it does not effect when you will receive care.)

  2. Send Sarah a message about your symptoms in the Practice Better private chat (see below for the list of details to include). Download the Practice Better app to make messaging more accessible if you'd like.

  3. Sarah will respond within 12- 24 hours on weekdays, unless she's facing a personal emergency or am on vacation. She will usually check her messages around 2pm in the afternoon, and 7:30pm most evenings.

  4. Respond to any questions. After you send her your initial message, keep an eye on the chat for follow up questions as she works to determine the best remedy.

  5. Purchase your recommended remedies. We'll let you know where to source these.

  6. Receive continued support if symptoms change or if you have any questions in the next 72 hours
